Bulk cargo/ also known as bulk cargo
ULD (Igloo) cargoes that have become pallets or containers
Bulk cargoes: It is the name given to the part cargoes that are not placed on any transportation vehicle (such as pallets or containers). These cargoes can be carried in the cargo sections of passenger planes as well as by cargo planes. There are points to be considered during transportation. The cargo to be transported must be portable in bulk form. The carrier should not have any objections or restrictions on the acceptance of the cargo. The size and weight of the cargo to be transported must conform to aircraft acceptance standards.
ULD cargoes: It is the name given to the way the cargo to be loaded on the aircraft is made into standard single unit (unit) containers or pallets and loaded. Because they are mostly standard sizes, logistics companies need to measure shipments such as volume, size and weight before loading. After checking the suitability of the aircraft and the cargo, the loading operations are carried out. Unitized shipments (cargoes) are loaded onto aircraft with special systems called conveyors. Conveyors are auxiliary vehicles that offer air cargo transportation advantages. They are the strips of mechanical carriers used for loading and unloading cargo onto the aircraft. It has different structures according to the weights and dimensions of the loads.

The reason for these limitations is that aircraft can carry a limited weight.
